Ways to prevent Gum Disease

  • Regularly go to your Dental office every 6 months.
  • Brush your teeth three times a day.
  • Floss before sleeping and after brushing your teeth.
  • Floss your teeth once every day and make sure to apply the floss to two sides of each tooth.
  • Rinse your mouth with mouth wash, after brushing your teeth and flossing.
